You will enjoy two consecutive days of 60-minute yoga workshop/class sessions in a small and intimate group with our fabulous yoga instructor.
We will spend the first session running through the complete basics of what yoga is, why we do it, and the benefits of yoga.
Then we will explore the basic yoga poses along with the correct alignment techniques to ensure that you don’t injure yourself along your yoga journey. These will be the poses that will help you to open your body up, relax your muscles and calm your mind.
You will also learn some simple breathing techniques to help you find that quiet place whenever you need as well.
The second session will be coming to your yoga mat to practice a simple yet effective yoga sequence. Our yoga class will draw together all of the pieces of information that you learned in Day One.
This workshop is available at 10:00am to 11:30am every Monday & Tuesday, and must be booked in advance.

The breathing skills that we learn in yoga will help us to breathe better underwater and in turn help us to improve our air-consumption, which then gives us more time to explore the beautiful underwater life existing in and around our paradise island.
